Friends of the Lawrence County Public Library
The Friends of the Lawrence County Public Library was organized in 1988 to provide financial support to the library in addition to funds allocated by local government. All proceeds donated or raised by the Friends are tax deductible and go directly to benefit the library.

Book Cart
Shop our Book Cart year round for great deals on second-hand books. Plus it helps us support our public libraries! We are grateful for our volunteers who run the cart and design our bulletin board to advertise our upcoming events and meetings. Stop by at the back corner of the library to learn more and shop the cart.
Book Sale
Join us for our Fall Used Book Sale and shop amazing deals on gently loved books for all ages! Hardcover and paperback titles for adults, teens, and kids plus magazines, puzzles, and DVDs.

Become a Friend
The Friends of the Lawrence County Public Library is a group organized to support and promote the use, services, and facilities of the library - both in Lawrenceburg & Loretto.
The Friends are people who support the library through membership dues, volunteer work at the library, and participation in library programs. The organization is nonprofit and it is governed by a Board of Directors.

Dues are $20 per calendar year. The money dues, as well as from fundraising activities, is used to mail information to members and to purchase items needed by the library which are not covered under the budget appropriated by the Lawrence County Commission and the City of Lawrenceburg which jointly fund library operations.
